This biometric data will be valid for 5 years and the travelers, who have already given their biometric once, will not need to come personally for biometric/submission for next 5 years.
Following travellers are exempted from biometric
• Children under 12 years of age
• Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible
• Sovereigns and other senior members of a royal family, Heads of State and members of the national Governments (with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.
In this regards, there are very important points that you would need to understand and inform to all your clients as well:-
All visa norms and procedure would remain the same as they are now.
Role of S & S Travel Services Shall continue providing the visa documentation support, DD making, meet & assist, guidance to the clients appearing for biometric. Applicant just needs to appear personally for biometric and rest all will be taken care of by S & S Travel Services only.
S & S Travel Services shall also be making over the counter collection on applicant’s behalf.
S & S Travel Services shall be taking the appointment for all Schengen countries on behalf of the applicants.
In case of any shortcoming in visa form or documents, the applicants would be asked to take a fresh appointment and visit again. Hence, we recommend taking S & S Travel Services expert service to avoid any such hassle or re-visit for visa submission.
Once the biometric is done, it will remain valid for next 5 years and the applicants will not need to come again for their next travel to Schengen countries. Hence, for all such travellers ,,,,,,,,Unicorn Tourism will be submitting and collecting their visas like before.

While for travelers who have already undertaken biometrics… S & S Travel Services shall be submitting & collecting their visas without biometrics for next 5 years.

In case the applicant goes directly without screening of their documents by S & S Travel Services team and later at the time of submission if there is any mismatch/shortcoming/gap in the documentation, then there will be no submission and the entire process needs to be started afresh right from appointment taking. Covering letter from Indian company in detail,
Copy of invitation letter with name & designation of the person who signs the Invitation. Invitation should have a guarantee the clause is as : The Italian business operator must include a declaration to the effect that he is aware of the nature of penal responsibility he assumes in case the foreigner he has invited, sponsored or guaranteed, violates Italian immigration laws,
Indian company registration copy,
Chambers of commerce letter from the Italian Company with the name of the invitee & the name of the person who has sign the invitation.
Foreign exchange as per the travel or International credit card copy with Credit card statement which shows the credit limit as per the travel,
Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years
Company Income tax papers for last 3 years
Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months.
Company Bank Statement of last 6 months.
Salary slips for last 3 months,
Hotel confirmation required for business visa as per the air ticket,
Overseas medical insurance minimum for 10 days from the date of travel,
Return Air ticket .
If the pax is staying for more than 30 days then the clause is as : In Case the visa is requested for a continuous stay which exceeds 30 days, Invitation from Italian company should be completed with a declaration that no relationship of subordinate or independent work will be instituted. Particularly, its is to specify that the activity to be undertaken does not fall into the category of dependent or independent work for which , under Italian law a regular work contract needs to be stipulated. .

Tourist Visa :
Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return with 02 pages back to back blank
Two colour photos 35mm by 45mm white background 70% of the face should be seen.
Covering letter from pax on company letter head with company round stamp on it.
If working then covering letter on plain letter & Original Leave letter from Indian company.
Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the air tk
Personal & Company bank statement copy for last 06 months of passenger with stamp & signature in all the pages.
If working Salary Slips for last 3 months
Personal & Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below
Return Air ticket
Overseas medical insurance minimum for 10-12 days from the date of travel,
Company registration copy.
Pls note if children below 18 traveling traveling with single parents then we required NOC affidavit on 100rs stamp paper with notary & home department from both parents.
Religious Visa :
Passenger should be come personally as the consulate doesn’t accept visa application from travel agent.
Passenger have to take the token one day before in the afternoon at for the submission, submission will be on next working day only or date for submission given by the consulate
All Original paper & bank statement required.
